SCANNER INTERFACE REDESIGN

The goal of this project redesign the scanning workflow of the copy machine in Design Office.
Evaluate the Original Interface
We invited two students, who have never used this kind of copy machine before, to try to scan a document and sent the copy through email. Here are some problems we found.
Problems:
1. All the icons are equally displayed on home menu.
2. Over-dependent on physical keyboard, cannot find the digital one.
3. The physical keyboard is hidden under the screen and no hint for it.
